Customers, scope, rates, site notes and payments belong to the same job. The proposed app brings them together in a focused record — without a full accounting suite.

BUILT AROUND YOUR WORK

Keep the job watertight.

Keep the inspection, materials and agreed access conditions attached to one record. The demo checklist records a workflow; it does not certify a plumbing installation.

A fitting reference, a material list and a recorded check.
01

Call-out made explicit

Show the visit charge alongside labour and materials.

02

Fittings in context

List quantities and keep unexpected parts separate.

03

Inspection notes

Record checks without implying certification.

ONE FOCUSED TOOLKIT

Every detail has a place to belong.

A proposed product scope, explained in depth. The interactive demo below shows a connected sample of the workflow.

01
Quote builder

Price with intention.

Build a reviewed estimate from your own service items, labour hours and materials. Quantities, rates, discount and illustrative tax stay visible.

02
Scope & approval

Make the scope explicit.

Keep included work, exclusions, access assumptions and deposit terms beside the estimate. Record approval against a specific version.

03
Schedule & work

Know the next visit.

Attach a visit date and a completion checklist to the approved job. Keep the office view and field view focused on the same next action.

04
Change orders

Extra work. Separate approval.

Unexpected materials or repairs become a visible variation. The original estimate stays intact until the additional scope is approved.

05
Invoice & ledger

Invoice without retyping.

Carry the agreed estimate and approved variation into a reviewed invoice. Record payments manually and keep the remaining balance clear.

06
Customer follow-up

Follow up with context.

Prepare a reminder from the job record, then review it before sharing. The browser demo only previews a draft and never sends a message.

THE PAPERWORK HAS A PURPOSE

Clear for you. Clear for the customer.

Proposed estimate, scope and invoice exports would share a job reference and your reviewed business details. The demo downloads a fictional text record; native PDF layouts still need implementation and regional review.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Good to know.

Can I use Tradeflow for real customer jobs today?

Not yet. This is a detailed product concept with a working browser demo. There is no released app, live store listing or checkout. All prepared customers, jobs and payment entries are fictional.

What actually works in this demo?

You can edit sample quantities and rates, review the scope, record fictional approval, choose a visit date, complete a checklist, approve or decline an extra item, create a sample invoice and record simulated payments. Totals and the phone companion update from the same state.

Is the scope preview a legally valid contract?

No. The demo records fictional approval without a signature or legal effect. The proposed app would use terms supplied or reviewed for your business and jurisdiction. It would not provide legal approval.

Are the prices or tax rates recommended for my business?

No. USD amounts are illustrative sample data. The tax control is an arithmetic example, not a regional tax rule. You would supply your own rates, tax settings and reviewed document format.

Does the demo take payments or contact a customer?

No. Payments are entries in a simulated ledger. The reminder is a preview. No money moves and no customer message is sent.

What happens when I switch languages or trades?

English, French and Arabic share the same numeric state. Each trade keeps its own sample while you explore this page. The demo is held in memory: refreshing the page starts fresh. User-entered notes remain exactly as typed.

Will it work offline and across devices?

The first proposed edition targets a local Android workflow for one business and one device, with user-controlled backup. Offline reliability still needs native device testing. A Windows companion is a later target; cross-device sync is not included in the initial promise.

Can I attach photos and scanned paperwork?

Job notes and document references are part of the proposed workflow. The demo uses prepared reference art and a sample note; it does not upload files. FieldScan is an optional related concept exporting ordinary PDFs, not a required purchase or confirmed integration.

What would the first edition include?

A focused customer and job record, reusable estimate items, reviewed scope documents, a manual payment ledger and a follow-up list. Payroll, full accounting, automatic bank reconciliation, dispatch optimisation and legal e-signatures are outside the initial scope.

What is the proposed price?

The current hypothesis is a one-time price of $14.99 for the initial edition, subject to validation. Final price, features, regional formats and availability will be confirmed before launch. There is no subscription or purchase to activate in this demo.

THE PATH TO A REAL PRODUCT

Built carefully. With the trades.

This sequence is a proposal, not a committed release schedule. Native app behaviour, export formats and store availability still need validation.

  1. 01

    Listen to the trades

Validate estimating, visit and follow-up needs with independent businesses.

  2. 02

    Choose one regional format

Review one document format, tax configuration and native Android workflow.

  3. 03

    Test a focused beta

Check offline recovery, backups, device behaviour and document exports.

  4. 04

    Extend with evidence

Explore a Windows companion and additional regional formats after the first workflow is validated.
